Zeljko Obradovic’s recent message to Fenerbahce Beko fans is considered very important for the Turkish club overall, pointed out general manager Maurizio Gherardini talking to Eurodevotion.
“Undoubtedly, the message was a nice assist to our organization,” he said, “But all clubs are trying to understand this emergency and its effects. Still, the message was clear. It takes time to see a lot of things, but of course, Obradovic’s message is important for the club. Fenerbahce is evaluating it.”
Obradovic’s contract with Fenerbahce runs out on June 30. In his message, he underlined that he wants to remain in his current position but has not discussed yet anything with anyone about the next season.
