Olympiacos plans to resume its practices starting next week after a two-month break due to the coronavirus outbreak as the team announced, after requesting to practice outdoors last week, following the guidelines set by the Greek health authorities.
According to the team’s announcement, players residing in Greece, except for Giorgos Printezis and Antonis Koniaris who are currently in Syros and Crete respectively, as well as the team’s staff, underwent coronavirus tests on Friday (15/5) in order to be able to return to practices this upcoming week.
At the moment, several players of the team are back in their home countries, while EuroLeague’s decision for the future of the season is still pending.
