EuroLeague Basketball will hold a press conference next Monday, May 25 at 16:30 CEST, following the ECA Shareholders Executive Board and the meeting with team captains and senior players that is scheduled for Saturday, May 23.
Jordi Bertomeu, Euroleague Basketball President and CEO will do an evaluation of decisions taken on the ECA Shareholders Executive Board that will be held the same day. After the evaluation, he and other EuroLeague Basketball Executive Committee members will be available for questions to the press.
The 11 clubs with an A license – which are the ECA shareholders – will vote if they want to resume the season or not with Bertomeu having a vote only in the event of a possible tie.
Following all safety guidelines and due to the impact caused by the spread of the COVID-19 global pandemic, the press conference will be remote, as EuroLeague informed.
