CSKA Moscow, Real Madrid, and Olympiacos will likely attempt to land Kostas Sloukas, if the Greek guard eventually becomes a free agent, according to Eurohoops sources.
Sloukas, 30, is under contract for two more years with Fenerbahce Beko with no opt-out clause included in his present agreement. In short, it depends on Fener.
So far, nothing but exploratory talks from clubs and speculation by the media as a very unique offseason is approaching. If Fenerbahce proves incapable of fulfilling the agreement, other options will present themselves.
The 30-year-old guard moved from Olympiacos to the Turkish powerhouse back in 2015. He has since added his third Turkish Airlines EuroLeague championship to his list of titles and has also captured three Turkish BSL championships.
With the 2019-20 EuroLeague season suspended, Sloukas went for 11.6 points, 6.1 assists, 2.8 rebounds, and 0.9 steals per contest prior to the ongoing hiatus. He added 11.1 points per Super Ligi game before the decision to cancel the season.
