Valencia is very close to finalizing a two-year contract with Anthony Gill, according to Eurohoops sources.
The Spanish outlet, host of the ACB season-ending tournament, was eliminated on Sunday evening but is already planning ahead with the 2020-21 campaign quickly approaching.
Gill, 27, evolved into a household Turkish Airlines EuroLeague name with Khimki Moscow Region. These past three seasons, he appeared in 71 games of Europe’s premier club competition powering the Russian team.
His playing time was significantly reduced compared to his first two EuroLeague runs, but the Virginia alumni averaged 8.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per match up to the early conclusion of the 2019-20 season.
Before competing in the highest level of continental competition in Europe, Gill launched his professional career in Turkey with Yesilgiresun.
