Crvena Zvezda announced that the club signed guard Jordan Loyd for the 2020-2021 season. Loyd becomes the second summer addition of the Serbian powerhouse after center Landry Nnoko.
Loyd was a free agent after completing 2019-2020 with Valencia. In his debut EuroLeague season, Loyd averaged 11.1 points, 2.4 assists and 1.9 rebounds in 21:53 minutes while posting 12.8 points, 2.1 assists and 1.7 rebounds in 22:41 during his first-time Spanish ACB League run.
Before joining Valencia, Loyd won the 2019 NBA title with the Toronto Raptors.
Red Star is reported to be also adding former Partizan Belgrade guard Corey Walden on its roster.
