Alec Peters penned a two-year deal to join KIROLBET Baskonia, the Spanish team announced on Friday.
The Valparaiso alum is set for his third Turkish Airlines EuroLeague team following his one-year stints with CSKA Moscow and Anadolu Efes. He previously played in 20 NBA games with the Phoenix Suns after being picked 54th in the 2017 draft.
His second EuroLeague season, shortened by the coronavirus pandemic, threw him into 27 games under the guidance of Ergin Ataman. He responded with 4.2 points and 2.1 rebounds per match averaging 13.2 minutes on the court.
As for his BSL run, also prematurely ended by COVID-19, Peters packed 10.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per contest over ten appearances. Coming up at the domestic level will be his ACB debut.
