Valencia inked Fernando San Emeterio to a one-year contract extension with an option for an additional season, the Spanish team announced on Monday.
The 36-year-old Spanish guard has been a member of the Oranges since 2015. His previous stints feature Baskonia, Girona, and Valladolid.
Per Valencia: “The Spanish international forward Fernando San Emeterio and Valencia Basket have reached an agreement for the Cantabrian player (1.99m, Santander, 01/01/1984, 36 years old) to extend his bond with the Club for one more season, until 30 June 2021, with an optional second season.”
His 2019-20 run included 7.3 points per Turkish Airlines EuroLeague game powered by 46.8% beyond the arc. In addition, San Emeterio averaged 7.8 points per ACB contest prior to the hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic and 6.8 per match in the season-ending tournament.
