Panathinaikos announced that center Zach Auguste signed a 1+1 deal with the club. The Greek-American big man returns to the “Greens” and EuroLeague after 2017-2018.
Since then, Auguste has been playing in Turkey for Galatasaray. In 2019-2020, he averaged 13.4 points and 7.1 rebounds in 25:20 minutes over 16 EuroCup games, plus 12.4 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 23:57 minutes over 23 matches of the Turkish BSL League.
Apart from Auguste, Panathinaikos has signed guard Nemanja Nedovic and guard Marcus Foster so far in the 2020 offseason. The Greek powerhouse is also trying to acquire guard Nicolas Laprovittola.
