Lefteris Bochoridis was held as one of the top Greek talents of his generation and he is getting a second chance with Panathinaikos.
The Greek club announced the addition of the 25 years old guard for next season, after signing him for the first time on July 29, 2014, with a 5-year deal. In his first season with Panathinaikos, he won the 2015 edition of the Greek Cup.
On September 23, 2015, he suffered a fractured fibula in a friendly game against Partizan, and he was subsequently ruled out of game action for at least a period of three months’ time.
In his second and third seasons with Panathinaikos, he won the 2016 edition and 2017 edition of the Greek Cup. With Panathinaikos, he also won the Greek League 2016–17 season championship. He returned to Aris in December 2017, where he was playing since last season, emerging as the leader of the team.
