Real Madrid announced that captain Felipe Reyes signed a one-year extension with the club. At the end of 2020-2021, Reyes will complete 17 years as a player of the “Blancos”
Reyes, 40, first joined Real Madrid in 2004 after spending the first five years of his career with Estudiantes. During his long run with Real, he won the 2015 and 2018 EuroLeague titles plus 18 domestic trophies (seven ACB championship titles, six Copa del Rey titles and five Supercup titles). He was named ACB MVP in 2007 and 2015 and Finals MVP in 2007 and 2013.
In early 2015, Reyes became EuroLeague’s all-time rebounds leader.
