Fenerbahce BEKO announced that the club has agreed to a deal with Jarell Eddie. As Eurohoops reported earlier, it’s a 1+1 contract.
The 28-year-old spent the 2019-2020 season in Spain with UCAM Murcia, averaging 14.4 points and 3.1 rebounds over 22 games.
He shot 44% from the three-point territory. In January, Eddie banked ten threes against Joventut, tying a club record for the most three-pointers made by a player in a single game.
Before Murcia, the American swingman made his European debut in France with SIG Strasbourg. He competed in both the French League and the Basketball Champions League.
During his four years in the US, Eddie played in the NBA for the Wizards, Suns, Celtics, and the Bulls as well as in the G League for the Austin Spurs and the Windy City Bulls.
Fenerbahce is coming close to completing the roster for the upcoming season. Prior to Eddie, they had also added DyShawn Pierre, Johnathan Hamilton, Danilo Barthel, Edgaras Ulanovas and Lorenzo Brown.
