Bayern Munich officially signed center Jalen Reynolds to a contract for 2020-2021 that includes an option for an additional season. The German club said that this signing completes the team’s frontcourt lineup.
Reynolds spent 2019-2020 with Maccabi Tel Aviv and averaged 5.7 points and 5.3 rebounds in 13:57 minutes over 12 EuroLeague games before the cancelation of the season. He parted ways with Maccabi in May.
Since hiring Andrea Trinchieri as the new head coach, Bayern has acquired guard Wade Baldwin, forward/center Malcolm Thomas and forward JaJuan Johnson. The club is also in talks with longtime EuroLeague guard Jayson Granger.
