Milan got the 81-78 overtime win over Reyer Venezia and has secured the top spot on the Cagliari tournament for the second consecutive year.
Just one day after the win over Sassari, Milan survived a big test with Kevin Punter making the decisive shots in a 19-point evening.
Kyle Hines added 10 points, Savon Shields had nine and Sergio Rodiguez added eight with coach Ettore Messina using a 14-man rotation.
Veteran Mike Bramos with 18 points and young gun Stefano Tonut with 16 were the top scorers of the losing side.
