Olimpia Milano team tested negative on August 26 but the member that was suspected to be coronavirus positive stayed in isolation until the second test was conducted.
The club announced today (August 31) that the results of the member’s second swab came back negative once again and that he has been cleared to resume activities.
Per Olimpia Milano:
Following further examinations – executed due to a case of presumed positivity from Covid-19 within the Team Group during last week – Olimpia Milano announces that the suspect tested negative again for the second swab and therefore he’s been authorized by the local health authority to interrupt the period of mandatory quarantine. As a consequence, he can also resume his activity.
