Zalgiris logged its third preseason win after beating Lietkabelis 102-78 led by Joffrey Lauvergne’s 19 points.
Lauvergne shot 9-12 from the field in under 20 minutes while Marius Grigonis put on an all-around performance with 16 points, six assists, and five rebounds. Nigel Hayes scored 13 and Tomas Dimsa ten points.

Zalgiris was on fire from behind the arc banking ten shots out of 16 attempts while also dominating the assists category (27 compared to eight). They scored 35 points in the second quarter to go ahead 59-48 at halftime and that run ended up swaying the momentum of the match to their side as they closed it without much trouble.
For Lietkabelis, Marin Maric scored 16 in addition to Vytenis Lipkevicius’ 14 and Margiris Normantas’ 13 points. Kyle Vinales helped with 12.
