Barcelona guard Kyle Kuric has made favorable progress following the surgery he had to replace a broken cranial implant Monday (8/9), the club announced.
The evolution of Kuric’s recovery will decide when the player will be available again. Barcelona will play its first official game on September 12 when the team will face Baskonia in the Spanish SuperCup’s semifinal.
Kuric had to be operated to fix the plate on his head that was initially placed after he underwent brain surgery to remove tumors in November 2015.
