CSKA Moscow continued the perfect preseason run, improving to six wins after beating Avtodor Saratov 93-67 in the Neva Cup.
Janis Strelnieks led the way with 19 points while Darrun Hilliard followed with 15 in addition to Nikola Milutinov’s 14 points and five rebounds.
CSKA didn’t allow any slip-ups throughout the duration of the game as they came out on top in all four quarters (21-13, 25-21, 21-17, 26-16) individually, building up their lead until the end.
Tomorrow (September 12), CSKA will once again clash with Zenit Saint Petersburg. The first clash belonged to the former with the narrow 80-78 scoreboard.
