Panathinaikos announced Saturday they have officially parted ways with Jimmer Fredette, who is returning to China with the Shanghai Sharks as he confirmed a few days prior.
In his inaugural EuroLeague season with Panathinaikos, Fredette posted an average 12.9 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 0.8 steals per game over 27 appearances, before the cancellation of the 2019-20 season. He had an average of 13.7 points per game in the Greek Basket League.
