Valencia Basket guard Joan Sastre had to exit last night’s game against LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne in the premiere of the new Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season after injuring his right knee in one of the last possessions of the game.
After undergoing further testing Friday, Valencia announced that the player has suffered a partial tear in the internal lateral ligament of the right knee, while the estimated time of his absence has not been clarified.
