Barcelona announced that guard Kyle Kuric has joined the team and may make his season debut in the EuroLeague game against Valencia Tuesday (13/10).
Kuric underwent surgery to replace a broken cranial implant a month ago after suffering a head injury in practice. He will be a gametime decision vs. Valencia.
“My physical level isn’t the same as in preseason but my condition will return with practices and games,” Kuric said for Barcelona. “It’s a matter of time.”
Kuric also commented on Sarunas Jasikevicius returning to coach the team after recovering from coronavirus. “His return is important, it gives us competitiveness. He wants to win, make us better as a player and having him makes a difference.”
