CSKA Moscow forward Andrey Lopatin has tested positive for COVID-19, as the team announced Tuesday. 22-year-old Lopatin is the fourth case in the team, as Semen Antonov, Nikola Milutinov and Janis Strelnieks will remain in Moscow, still recovering.
CSKA faces Fenerbahce on the road on Wednesday for Round 3 of Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and will also lack Johannes Voigtmann, who is still also recovering from an injury.
