Anadolu Efes guard Shane Larkin and center Bryant Dunston will miss the upcoming EuroLeague Round 7 game vs. Maccabi Tel Aviv, Ismail Senol reports. Center Tibor Pleiss will be a gametime decision for the Turkish team while center Sertac Sanli remains sidelined.
Larkin made his season debut last week in the away win over Olympiacos, scoring 15 points, including 11 in the fourth period. For Dunston (9.8 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists) this will be the first absence from a EuroLeague game this season.
Efes announced that a team member tested positive for coronavirus Wednesday. It wasn’t specified if this person is a player, coach, or member of the management.
