Bayern Munich loaned veteran forward Alex King to fellow German Bundesliga club Wurzburg for the rest of the season.
“I think it will be good for me to play more at the end of my career,” said King per Bayern. “I’m looking forward to it and I was warmly welcomed in Wurzubrg. After this loan, we’ll see what the future holds.”
King played in just two BBL games this season with Bayern and didn’t make any EuroLeague appearance.
“Alex has done a lot for our club. He deserves a good season and playing games this year,” Bayern Sports Director Daniele Baiesi said. “We’re grateful for everything he’s given us and look forward to seeing him again soon.”
