Per Valencia Basket:
In the PCR tests carried out on Tuesday by our men’s team roster and technical staff, before the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague game that the Taronja squad will play tomorrow vs. CSKA Moscow, there was a positive result for one of the players, forward Fernando San Emeterio.
Following the established protocol, this player was immediately isolated and is at his home, in good condition. This morning a backup test was carried out, which has confirmed this diagnosis.
The rest of the roster and technical staff again tested negative in these backup tests, so tomorrow’s game will be played with the absence of the isolated taronja player.
