Alba Berlin announced that Jayson Granger has suffered a fracture of the left metacarpal bone and will be out for several weeks following the surgery.
Granger has had a history of injuries as he suffered chronic ankle pain back in 2018 and tore his Achilles at the start of the 2019-20 season.
This year, the 31-year-old guard has been averaging 8.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.1 assists. He played a total of 37 games split between teh German League, German Cup and EuroLeague.
