Jumping right back in our Euroleague Fantasy campaign with Turkish Airlines EuroLeague action resuming this week. Shaquielle McKissic of Olympiacos is our player of the week. He might not be billed the top Fantasy player, but read below on why we expect more from him this time around.
McKissic will rarely fill up the stat sheet but manages to put in some assists, rebounds, and steals, apart from his points scored and effective shooting. Teammate Aaron Harrison sidelined versus Anadolu Efes and Kostas Papanikolaou still out on the road can open a path for a larger contribution. Therefore, he can provide Fantasy points.
His last five games include four double-digit PIR showings capped off by his 21 against Panathinaikos OPAP in Round 24, his second-best in the ongoing 2020-21 season.
He actually averages a humble 10.4 PIR per match. However, his Fantasy value currently at 1.08 units is much more attractive. Considering the cost, it is a risk worth taking, even if he does not generate the additional points we are hoping for.
On an additional note, Sasha Vezenkov will return for the Reds. Those who followed our advice and added him can be pleased by his price since rising to 1,86 units.
Hassan Martin after a solid start to the season has been struggling in recent games. Maybe a bouncing-back performance is in order. He is valued at 0,95
