The 2020-21 campaign seemed to be the last one for Jaycee Carroll before calling it a day, though reports by Marca mention that the player has informed Real Madrid that he is “willing to continue for one more season”.
Carroll, who soon turns 38, has the unanimous support of the Real Madrid organization to continue for one more season, per the report. This comes as no surprise, as he remains among the team’s most reliable shooters and he is on to his best EuroLeague season in years, with an average of 9.7 points, 1.2 rebounds across 14 minutes on the court in 26 games.
Across his 10-season presence with the Whites, Carroll has been crowned EuroLeague champion twice (2015, 2018), while he has also helped Real lift 5 Spanish League titles.
