Fenerbahce Beko is interested in former Philadelphia 76ers guard Marial Shayok according to Eurohoops sources.
Shayok, 25, averaged 18.9 points, 6.9 rebounds and 4.1 assists in 29.0 minutes over 12 games in the 2020-21 Turkish BSL League with Bursaspor. It was the first European experience for the Canadian player who had been waived by the Sixers in the offseason.
Fenerbahce finished the season with a 0-3 loss to Anadolu Efes in the BSL League Finals. In EuroLeague, the Turkish team made the playoffs after a comeback in the second-leg of the regular season but was swept to CSKA Moscow amid injury and COVID-19 problems.
