Panathinaikos closed the deal with Jehyve Floyd and their next target seems to be Jasiel Rivero, although there is no offer yet on the table. The player’s side is in communication with the team, but at the same time wants to explore other available options.
Rivero played the past two seasons with San Pablo Burgos, helping the team reach historic success on both the domestic and the Basketball Champions League. They became the first team to win twice the BCL, and they did it for two straight years.
Rivero averaged 12.3 points and six rebounds this past season along with a big defensive presence and paint control on both sides of the court.He was named into the All-BCL Playoffs team.
