The season-opening Media Day of Zalgiris Kaunas was held on Monday. It was the first Media ever in August, as noted by EuroLeague.net.
The Lithuanian powerhouse added Emmanuel Mudiay, Janis Strelnieks, Josh Nebo, Niels Giffey, and Tyler Cavanaugh, and welcomed back Edgaras Ulanovas and Mantas Kalnietis this summer. Also, Lukas Lekavicius and Paulius Jankunas extended their contract through the next season.
The Media Day in Kaunas gets preparations for the next EuroLeague season underway, apart from formally presenting newcomers with brand new jerseys, filming interviews, and other traditional features.
