Mike James made his unofficial debut with the AS Monaco jersey by scoring 22 points in a 95 – 82 win over German EuroCup side Hamburg Towers. This game concluded the preseason matches of Monaco.
Paris Lee added 14 points and Rob Gray dropped 10 points for Monaco that finished the game with 12 – 26 3-pointers. Monaco, the 2021 EuroCup champion, will be making its first ever EuroLeague appearance on September 30 by hosting Panathinaikos Athens.
Luka Meisner had 16 points and Caleb Homesley finished with 15 points for the Hamburg Towers.
