Maccabi Tel Aviv announced that Ante Zizic has been diagnosed with a torn hamstring and is expected to be out for six weeks.
Zizic suffered the injury against Maccabi Rishon Lezion in the Israeli League Cup quarterfinals on September 22. He posted 14 points, seven rebounds, and three assists that game.
Last season, the big man averaged 10.8 points and six rebounds over 64 games in Euroleague and the Israeli League.
