Maccabi Tel Aviv announced that forward/center Roman Sorkin will be out for around six weeks due to a broken thumb.
The Israeli big man was injured during the loss of his team to Real Madrid Thursday (5/12).
Per EuroLeague Basketball:
Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv big man Roman Sorkin will miss up to six weeks after suffering a broken thumb in his left hand during Thursday’s Turkish Airlines EuroLeague game against Real Madrid. Sorkin, 25, has averaged 3.1 points on 66.7% two-point shooting and 2.6 rebounds in 11 games this season, his first in the competition.
