Nebojsa Covic was recently re-elected as the Crvena Zvezda president with another five-year mandate but not all things will remain the same going forward. As Mozzart Sport reported, and the team later announced, Milan Dozet will be taking over as the new sports director.
The former basketball player of Crvena Zvezda, Partizan, Igokea, Vojvodina, and Panellinios among other domestic and European clubs, was a part of Zvezda’s assembly and the director in charge of younger selections.
Dozet wore the jersey of Crvena Zvezda from 2001 to 2004. He won the Radivoje Korac Cup with the club in 2003, and he also participated in the ABA League Final Four twice.
