Olympiacos Piraeus announced Tuesday that another member of the team has tested positive for COVID-19 after tests were carried out.
The total number of infections in the Greek squad is now 12 (9 players and three staff members). Per the team’s announcement, all cases remain in isolation per the Greek Ministry of Health protocols.
Olympiacos‘ upcoming EuroLeague game against Zalgiris Kaunas for Round 19, initially scheduled to be played on Friday, January 7, has been postponed and a new date is expected to be confirmed soon.
