After tests conducted Tuesday, Olympiacos Piraeus confirmed that a member of the team has tested positive for COVID-19.
The Greek side is scheduled to face Crvena Zvezda at home this upcoming Thursday (Round 23, 20:00 CET), though due to extreme weather conditions in Athens the game is in danger of postponement.
Olympiacos looks to bounce back from a two-game skid in the EuroLeague (12-7 overall record) upon their return to action, while they still have three rescheduled games to play.
