UNICS Kazan announced Friday they have signed guard/forward John Holland to a deal for the remainder of the 2021-22 season.
Holland, 33, returns to UNICS after a stint in Kazan during the 2020-21 campaign, with which he averaged 8.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists across 14 games played.
The former Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward last played for Cariduros de Fajardo in Puerto Rico and he’s set to make his EuroLeague debut with the Russian side.
UNICS currently holds a 13-10 record in the standings to which they improved with a victory against Zalgiris Kaunas in Round 25, to snap a two-game skid.
