Maccabi Tel Aviv announced that the club will introduce coaches Zvika Sherf and Pini Gershon to its own Hall of Fame. The special ceremony will be held before the Euroleague clash against CSKA Moscow.

Zvika Sherf and Pini Gershon will be inducted into the “Maccabim hall”, Maccabi Playtika Tel-Aviv’s hall of fame, in a special ceremony that will be held before the game against CSKA Moscow (Thursday).
Sherf led Maccabi’s senior team for 11 seasons and won 16 titles (10 championships and six state cups). He also qualified for three European Cup finals. “This is a huge honor, and I’m super excited,” Sherf said. “Maccabi is my home. I did everything for this club, and I’m tied to it forever”.
Gershon coached Maccabi for eight seasons and won 17 titles (7 championships and seven state cups), including three European Championships. “I was born in Maccabi and did all I could to repay the club for the trust and opportunity I got throughout my career,” Gershon said. “I’m thankful to everyone who helped me to win titles for this Maccabi”.
