Anadolu Efes stunned Real Madrid in a highly-tense game in Round 31 and reigning MVP Vasilije Micic played a key role for the defending champions. Micic dropped 29 points, six assists, and three rebounds in roughly 37 minutes to help Efes grab a 93-90 win at home to win its second game in a row and was named the first of the two MVPs of the round, as announced Thursday by EuroLeague.
Panathinaikos cruised past Bayern 80-67 at home and Howard Sant-Roos powered the efforts of the Greens with 15 points, 9 rebounds and three steals for a PIR of 29, to share Round 31’s MVP honors with Micic.
