Vasilije Micic has been on an impressive scoring run recently in Euroleague but the Serbian guard will have to take a break of at least two weeks after suffering a leg muscle injury.
The reigning Euroleague MVP has scored 20 or more points in seven straight games in the competition with the highest tally being 29 against Real Madrid which he followed up with 27 in the last game against Olimpia Milano.
He has been averaging 18.1 points for the season while adding 4.7 assists, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.1 steals per contest.
Efes needs one more win to remove any doubts about their playoff ticket as they sit in the fifth spot currently with a 14-11 record. The top four spots are sealed but the Turks still have a tough job ahead to keep the current position.
