A EuroLeague rookie normally does not look like Elie Okobo. He was brilliant in leading LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne to a great start through the first 13 games of the season. From that point, it was a different story for the team. However, Okobo will end up among the best scorers.
Shooting 51.6% on two-pointers, 37.2% on three-pointers, and 82.4% on free throws, he sits sixth with 14.8 points per game. Vasilije Micic of Anadolu Efes leads the competition with 18.1 points per game.

Despite the career-best campaign displayed by Giorgos Papagiannis, Panathinaikos was knocked out of contention relatively early.
Grabbing 8.1 rebounds per game, he leads the standings ahead of Real Madrid‘s Edy Tavares and his 8.0 rebounds per game. A similar margin exists in favor of the Real Madrid center with 1.7 versus 1.6 blocks per contest. In addition, Big Papa holds the highest PIR among all players on the eliminated teams. Overall, he ranks seventh with 17.1 per game, not far behind Nikola Mirotic of FC Barcelona, who leads the competition with 20.0 per game.
