Add Panathinaikos to the list of possible suitors of Chinanu Onuaku. The Israeli league MVP is currently in Toronto while Dallas will be his next stop.
And while he is working out for NBA teams, there’s also EuroLeague interest for him.
Per Eurohoops sources, Panathinaikos already contacted the side of the player, however, there’s also some interest from their Greek arch-rival Olympiacos.
There are no advanced talks so far, but there’s an interesting detail in the case of Panathinaikos.
Onuaku’s agent is former player Pete Mickael who emerged as a top player in Europe under coach Argiris Pedoulakis in Peristeri. Pedoulakis is currently the technical director of Panathinaikos, having a direct saying in the recruitment of the club.
