Olimpia Milano announced that the team has signed Naz Mitrou-Long but also that Trey Kell and Troy Daniels will not continue with the club.
Mitrou-Long moved to Italy last summer and signed for Brescia. Over 29 Italian league games, he averaged 16.5 points, 4.7 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game, shooting 36.4 percent from three-point range. During the playoffs, he was the best scorer (24.4 points per game) and led the league in assists (7.2).
Kell averaged 4.0 points and 1.5 rebounds in the EuroLeague. His numbers were much better in the Italian League where he averaged 11.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.2 assists, as well as 12.1 PIR.
On the other hand, Daniels averaged 5.5 points and 0.8 rebounds in the EuroLeague and 8.1 points and 1.1 rebounds in the Italian League.
While the two guards are leaving, the team has kept their big man Kyle Hines while also adding Brandon Davies to the frontcourt.
