CSKA Moscow center Nikola Milutinov was among the several stars that played in the 2022 edition of the Stoiximan AegeanBall Festival that is organized by recently retired EuroLeague great Giorgos Printezis at his home island of Syros, Greece.
Milutinov, a former Olympiacos teammate of Printezis, talked to Eurohoops about his participation in the tournament, Sacramento Kings target Sasha Vezenkov, and his future.
“Next season? You will see in the coming days,” Milutinov said about his plans for the next season. When asked if the situation will be different for him, he answered: “Probably not.”
As soon as he told me to come here I immediately said yes because I wanted to be here, especially after his last season,” Milutinov said on Printezis’ invitation. “He’s an amazing person and an amazing guy. It’s a really big honor for me that I had a chance to share a locker room with him. It’s going to be really difficult [to imagine the Olympiacos locker room without Printezis]. He was the heart and the soul of the team. Olympiacos‘ locker room will miss him.”
