FC Bayern Munich has reunited with Elias Harris with a two-year deal, the team officially announced Tuesday. Harris, 32, moves to the club from San-en-NeoPhoenix, where he averaged 17.5 points and 6.6 rebounds in 43 Japanese League games last season.
Harris began his career with SG Bad Duerkheim Speyer of his native Germany before joining Gonzaga University, where he played college basketball for four years.
He has also played for Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA, South Bay Lakers of the G-League, Brose Bamberg and MHP RIESEN Ludwigsburg of Germany, and Casademont Zaragoza of Spain. He has also been a member of the German national team. Harris helped Bamberg win three consecutive German League titles between 2015 and 2017, as well as the German Cup in 2019.
