Fenerbahce is expected to conclude the transfer of forward Nigel Hayes-Davis from Barcelona in a positive way, according to Eurohoops sources.
Hayes spent the 2021-22 season with Barcelona and posted averages of 5.9 points and 2.6 rebounds across 34 Spanish Liga Endesa games, while in 37 EuroLeague games, he added an average of 3.4 points and 2.1 rebounds.
Once the addition of Hayes is completed, Fenerbahce will be in the market for a shooter in order to bolster their roster. As Eurohoops sources further report, the Turkish club will not be moving for Panathinaikos captain Ioannis Papapetrou.
So far, Fenerbahce’s projected big men lineup includes, besides Hayes-Davis, Nemanja Bjelica, Devin Booker, Johnathan Motley and Tonye Jekiri.
