Crvena Zvezda has acquired big man Ben Bentil with a deal for next season, the club officially announced Wednesday.
Bentil, 27, spent the previous season between Olimpia Milano in the EuroLeague and the Italian LegaBasket and Bahcesehir in the Turkish BSL. He posted averages of 5.4 points and 2.3 rebounds across 24 EuroLeague games in 2021-22, in his third campaign and parted ways with the Italian club last week.
The Ghanaian big man made his European breakthrough with Peristeri in 2018-19 and moved to Panathinaikos OPAP Athens the following season. His stint ended in 2021, and Bentil then moved to Turkey for the first time with Bahcesehir.
