CSKA Moscow was unstoppable in the second and fourth quarter and decimated Dinamo Sassari 78-107 on the road. This was the second victory for the Muscovites, while the Italians suffered their first defeat.
For the winners, Nando De Colo was the top scorer with 18 points and six assists, while six more players were in double digits, with Milos Teodosic making a double-double (10 points, 10 assists). For Sassari, David Logan had 20 points, as three more players were in double digits as well.
After a close first quarter (26-25), the Russians were unstoppable in the second quarter, when they outscored their opponents 15-35, ended the half in front by 19 points (41-60) and never looked back.
In the second half, nothing changed significantly, with Dimitris Itoudis’ players extending their lead to exceptional levels, only to win by 29 in the end (78-107).
