EA7 Emporio Armani Milan has suffered a lot of injuries since the start of the EuroLeague season, which has deprived Ettore Messina of important players such as Kevin Pangos and Shavon Shields.
During the season, Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot made the jump from the NBA to Italy in order to help the red-and-white team, replacing the American forward.
But now, the French player may also be sidelined for a EuroLeague game, the one against AS Monaco, scheduled for tomorrow at 20:30 CET.
Ettore Messina, in fact, talked about the player’s condition in the pre-game analysis published on Milan’s website. “Unfortunately, on top of our already injured players, Luwawu-Cabarrot is forced to stay in bed since Sunday night and will be a game-time decision”, the head coach said.
Milan is currently second-to-last in the EuroLeague standings with a 4-10 record, and Luwawu-Cabarrot is averaging 9.5 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game since he joined the team.
